Refund Policy

At Iron Clay Trailer Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy while ensuring that trailers remain available for all customers.

Reservation Cancellations

• Full Refund: Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

• No Refund Within 24 Hours: Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

• No-Show Reservations: Customers who do not pick up their reserved trailer and do not notify us of a cancellation will forfeit the full rental payment.

Weather Policy

Most rentals proceed regardless of weather conditions. Refunds or rescheduling due to weather are at the sole discretion of Iron Clay Trailer Rentals, particularly in cases of severe weather that may create unsafe towing conditions.

Early Returns

No refunds or partial credits will be issued for trailers returned before the end of the reserved rental period.

Rental Modifications

Requests to change pickup dates, return dates, or trailer types are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Iron Clay Trailer Rentals must cancel a reservation due to equipment issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, the customer will receive a full refund of any payments made or may choose to reschedule the reservation, subject to availability.

Security Deposits

Any required security deposit will be refunded after the trailer has been returned and inspected, provided there is no damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning required, or other charges due under the rental agreement. Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
